Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often before a first call

Where is GreatPoint based?
We are based in Lahore, Pakistan — specifically in Gulberg III. Our team is fully in-house, and we work remotely with clients across the UK, UAE, US, Canada, and Australia. All communication is in English.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A website: 2–3 weeks. A web application: 6–14 weeks. A mobile app: 8–16 weeks. A Business Central implementation: 8–20 weeks. We give you a detailed timeline after our free discovery session.
How do you handle pricing?
We work on fixed-price contracts for clearly scoped projects, and time-and-materials for ongoing retainers. You always know what you'll pay before we start. No surprise invoices.
What is your development process?
We use 2-week agile sprints. You get a dedicated point of contact, a shared project board you can access any time, weekly video demos, and honest updates — including when something is behind schedule.
What happens after the project launches?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers covering bug fixes, security updates, and small enhancements.
Can you work with an existing codebase?
Yes. We often come in to rescue or extend existing projects. We'll do an honest audit of the codebase first and tell you what we're getting into — before any commitment is made.
